Nice to meet you, I'm Marika

My name is Marika Mancusi; I was born in Portoferraio and I live on Elba Island, in a small village called Cavo.
I primarily work on Elba Island and in Tuscany, but I am also available to travel to other areas depending on the project and requirements.
I have been a professional photographer specializing in events, portraits, and landscape photography for several years now.
I love documenting authentic moments during birthdays, concerts, rallies, and special events of all kinds, working with discretion and attention to people. My approach is empathetic and natural: I do not force situations, but rather observe and accompany what happens.
Alongside event photography, I pursue a personal path in fine art landscape photography. Since I was a child, I have loved photographing my travels; today I work exclusively with professional cameras, combining technique, experience, and visual sensitivity.
I chronicle various types of trips and trekking routes; I enjoy giving photographic advice and conveying the emotions experienced in a specific place at a precise moment through my images.

I believe in images that can stand the test of time, capable of telling genuine emotions.

Here is the fantastic Lake Bled. Something evocative and unique in Slovenia that enchants anyone who observes it: an islet within the lake reachable by wooden boats that take you to visit the island in a short time. A magical circular route of about 6 km allows you to walk around the lake, observing it from different angles, passing from paved paths and wooden bridges suspended over the water to dirt sections immersed in the woods—pure magic, especially in autumn thanks to the colors of the leaves on the majestic trees. You also have the opportunity to see from afar the medieval Bled Castle, built on a rock overlooking the lake, probably one of the oldest in Slovenia.
